Dear guests, in view of the current situation, we will refund the deposits paid for existing bookings fully and free of charge if someone so requests.

Please note that you can book without paying a booking fee. You only have to pay the deposit when the epidemic is over and you can travel.

You have no risk this way but you have a booked accommodation, so you don’t have to rush when everyone start to look for accommodation.

The guest can occupy the room / apartment from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must leave by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Included in the price: 
Use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, use of Weber gas grill, free parking

The price does not include:
Tourist tax: 1 EUR / person / night (payable at sight), between 12-18 years 50%, under 12 years free of charge.
Health, accident and baggage insurance.

Minimum stay of 5 nights required during peak season. (June 16th – August 31st)
During low season from (May 1st – June 15th & September 1st – October 31st) booking can be made for a minimum of 3 nights at the above prices, or can be booked for fewer nights at an additional cost.

Your reservation will become final if 30% of the booked accommodation fee arrives on our bank account within 5 days.
Otherwise your reservation will be canceled. If the remaining amount is to be payed by cash please let us know in advance and should be settled on the day of arrival. In case of bank transfer payment should be made up to the 21st day before the date of arrival.

Cancellation before the booked date:

• if canceled up to 40 days before date of arrival, 15% of the deposit will be charged
• if canceled 39-21 days prior to date of arrival, the cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit paid
• if canceled 20-10 days prior to date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of the booked accommodation fee
• if canceled 9-1 days prior to date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the booked accommodation fee
• if the guests do not occupy the accommodation on the pre-booked arrival time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the booked accommodation fee

If the guests wishes to travel home before the booked date, we will not be able to refund the difference from the total amount paid.
