This second-floor apartment for four guests consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom, making it ideal for families and small groups of friends.

Each apartment has a private panoramic terrace with sea view.
In the common yard there is a salt water pool, a 30 m² panoramic sun terrace, garden furniture and a Weber gas grill. Parking is available for several cars in front of the house or in the free car park a few meters away.
Hot & cold air conditioner, balcony with table and chairs, LCD tv + satellite receiver, WiFi, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, full kitchen equipment, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kitchen linen, dishes, etc.
Available free of charge: high chair, baby bathtub, portable bed for kids & to be requested when booking.

The guest can occupy the room / apartment from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must leave by 10:00 on the day of departure.

The price does not include:
Tourist tax: 1 EUR / person / night (payable at sight), between 12-18 years 50%, under 12 years free of charge.
Health, accident and baggage insurance.
Minimum stay of 6 nights required during peak season. (June 16th – August 31st)
During low season from (May 1st – June 15th & September 1st – October 31st) booking can be made for a minimum of 3 nights at the above prices, or can be booked for fewer nights at an additional cost.
Your reservation will become final if 30% of the booked accommodation fee arrives on our bank account within 5 days.
Otherwise your reservation will be canceled. If the remaining amount is to be payed by cash please let us know in advance and should be settled on the day of arrival. In case of bank transfer payment should be made up to the 21st day before the date of arrival.
Cancellation before the booked date:
If the guests wishes to travel home before the booked date, we will not be able to refund the difference from the total amount paid.
